Find me between
Stacks of poetry.

Yearning and longing
With a hunger never satisfied.

Find me,
Lost.

Attempting to weave together our collective dreams
With pretty words and flames of fury.

Letting them float
Down my body,
Like roses in quiet winds.

Because in them,
I feel you,
Deep in my soul.

Transporting me to
Faraway places.

With a million teasing moments
To guide me,
To fulfill me,
To bring me release,
Like tasting forbidden fruit
Off the vine.

For you are as gentle as a
Midnight beach walk.

And as rough as
Fraying leather.

And I would beg for you
To shatter my soul
With your faith;
So I may know what it feels like to
Touch paradise.
