There you are,
Standing before me
On the edges of delight
And adrift in the rift of oblivion.

Penetrating power
Coming from eyes
Of burning sapphire.

You’ve taken this
Bleeding heart of mine,
And made it whole again.

With kisses that envelope
Me in rapture and bliss.

I take flight at the
Feel of you,
Tracing lines of
Seduction on my skin.

For though you have
Saved me from being
Lost in the fire,
I have brought you light.

The warmth of a love
Never known,
One that was buried in your heart.

And for that,
I would give you
All of me.
