Or tell me the bitter truth
And I will swallow it
Like sweet honey.

Tell me
That the perfect indulgence
Of our souls wrapped around
Each other,
Are what we are
And destined to be.

Because I wonder,
Can you hold me
Even all my pain
And sorrow breaks me?

Can we be as lovers
Under rice paper lanterns,
Floating over the seas
And away from the troubles
Of the world.

For I am but a
Broken wish on a broken star,
In search for my moon
To fix me.

Oh, my love,
Tell me that you need it.
In those quiet,
Whispered desires.

And let me give you
What you crave.

And bring to life
The daydreams
That stay inside
Your haunted mind.

Let me be your lover,
Your savior.
Your guide
To the underworld.
