I don’t have rosy dreams
That bloom in me.

I have ones of
Pain & pleasure
And royal red.

Sweet pearlescences
And throaty provocations.

Dreams of a love like cherry blossoms
Beautiful,
Decadent,
And ephemeral.

For I am bewitched by
Just a kiss that awakens my soul.
And the way you moan my name.

And because of this,
Every moonrise, I choose you.
And always will.
