I am not one for saccharine sweet
Fantasies.

Mine are made of a
Darker dream’s delight.

Wisps of love,
Dripping off the tip
Of your serpent’s tongue.

Bathed in the power
Of your wicked mind.

I am entranced by the feel
Of your addictive poison,
Flowing into my body.

For you raise me up
From graves and grace
And kiss me into oblivion.

Feeding me a jeweled paradise
From your lips.

You have taken my forelorn feelings
And what ever
Willpower I had left,
And turned it into magick.

Magick that blooms
Flowers in my bones,
And freedom in my blood,
With just the lilt of your voice.
With just a note of your song.
