Let me corrupt you.

Take your sins inside myself,
And make them more.

Let me be the moonlight reflections,
That tempt your gentle heart.
For you have been broken by
A most ruined love
In the daylight.

And the moment when time stops,
And fate wins,
Let me be the hope you need,
And the fantasies,
You’re too afraid to speak.

For you are who I’ve been waiting for.
The sparkling lightning strikes
In a midsummer’s storm.

The smooth glide of poison
Down my throat.

The brightest light in the dark,
Hungering for the shadows
I bring.
