I long for nights filled
With never-ending moments.

No inhibitions,
By the fire.

And your hands weaving
Tender trails down my body.

I long for soulful kisses
In the moonlight,
And sultry looks exchanged
In her glow.

For I am stricken.

Poisoned by the love
You gifted me with.

How did I not know
That it was you
From the first glance?

Because I have fallen,
Like midnight wonders,
In the dark, for you.

I ask myself,
What have I become
In the pursuit of love?
What would I do
For the taste of love?

For I long for nights filled
Everlasting memories.

I long for you.

As you are the answer
To all my prayers.

The root of all my dreams.
