In the Summer,
We chased the setting sun
Through endless fields of
Flowers.

But in the Fall,
We chased each other.
Making love at the edge of midnight.

Finding ourselves in the
Reflection of the stars.

You touched me
And I held you.
And together we
Were casting spells.

Releasing our wicked ways
Worshipping each other’s scars,
Until the moonlight
Carried us home.
