Home used to be with you
But now it has turned into
A graveyard for my memories.
And turned me into a ghost
That haunts those that pass by.

Oh, that I could feel the sunshine
Again.
Hear the sound of the birds singing
Outside of my window.

Oh, that I could feel your touch
On my skin.

But, the warmth is fading.
And our love is just a mere echo
Of what it used to be.

And you are the gloom
That lurks in the dark corners,
Waiting for me to call your name.

But blessed are the broken
For we will see the sunrise
Again.

And you and will be welcomed
Into a paradise of our own remaking.

We will forgive each other
And love one another again,
One day.

And we will haunt the shadows
No more.
