Temptress.

Doe-eyed
Seductress.

“I am what I am.
The mouth of the wolf,
The eyes of the lamb.”

I need not speak a word
To have dominion over you.

My eyes…

They deliver licentious desires
And keep your mind in thrall to me.

My moonlit skin,
Ethereal and glowing.

You see, in me,
Every fantasy come to life.
Every wish come to fruition.

But your heart bids you to
Be careful.

For I am a prescient dream
Found “somewhere between
The sacred silence and sleep.”

Painted with dark-red lips and
Bronzed pearls.

I am trusted moments
Daring you to give in.

Fluttering eyelashes
And every safety net removed
From your fall.

I am a force of nature.

And when I touch you,
I read every bit of your
Soul.

And all the pages in-between.

Deeper into my night,
You’ll go.

Deeper and deeper,
Still.
