Oh, sweet possession
That has my lust unraveled.

You are the breeze
That I feel in the iridescent night.

Oh, that I could wake you
And have your healing touch
On my broken melodies.

And have the warmth of your kiss
Melt my fears away.

I wonder,
When you dream,
Am I there?

Dancing in a field
Of roses,
Between a burning sky
And stormy rain?

Because sleep is peaceful
Upon your face,
And the light in your heart
Shines through my quiet darkness.

Oh, my love,
Arise from your slumber soon.
For these aching moments
Without you,
Have torn me into two.

Awaken from your
Flowery dreamland,
My love,
For these torturous seconds,
Without your lips on mine
Have made me yearn for you
Even more.
