Walking amongst a sea of stars,
I feel your presence
All around me.

For though you are gone,
Your love still drowns me
In radiant showers
Of purple and gold.

So tonight,
I walk in the comfortable hell
Of the past,
And honor our love,
By reliving my memories
Of you,
One tear at a time.

Surrendering my innocence,
To embody the twilight,
And meet you in the place
That is higher than heaven.

The one that I see as I sleep,
The one that leaves my heart
Unchanged.
The one where we dance and dance
For eternity.
