Halloween is upon us, and I don’t know about you, but I am so excited!

For the quote of the week, I chose this one because it really resonated with me.

“Growth is painful. Change is painful.
But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.”

Damn…

We’ve talked about this very thing before.

Staying well past the expiration date on friendships and relationships that are one-sided.

Why be somewhere where you’re not wanted?

Or with someone who doesn’t love you the way you need.

Because if they don’t value you or treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve, not only should you walk away, but they should kick rocks!
