How was your week? Mine went by excruciatingly slow. But, we finally made it, and now we can kick back and relax. Before I post my favorite poem of the week, I wanted to thank you. Thank you for reposting and sharing my work like crazy this week! It really made me quite happy. I felt like I was getting a bit burnt out, but y’all just gave me my second wind. I appreciate you all more than you know!
My favorite poem of the week, this time is “If You Forget Me” by the brilliant poet, Pablo Neruda. He has so many that I absolutely love, but this…this one has my heart. It’s a bit long, so I’ll just post an excerpt here and post it in its entirety in my Instagram stories. Take a look, if you’d like, and let me know if you do. I’d love to know your thoughts.
