Here I stand,
Naked under a strawberry moon.

Giving myself
As a burnt offering to your love.

I pledge my soul to you.

Honor you with my bleeding heart
And a kiss of confession.

For what you give to me
Is as beautiful as the prelude
To a storm.

And as haunting as the starry ghosts
Flitting across a wild evening sky.
