Happy Sunday, my loves 💜🖤💜 Here we are at the end of November, and I can’t believe how fast it went.

For the quote of the week, I chose this one because this is another one I tell myself all the time.

“Don’t chase people, chase goals.”

This seems easy, doesn’t it?

It can be if you stop focusing on others and start focusing on yourself.

That’s the key, really.

This month, we’ve discussed believing in yourself and valuing your worth.

Protecting your energy and your peace.

It’s been about you.

YOU

Not them.

So don’t give THEM utter and complete control of your life, feelings, and future.

So what they didn’t give you attention.

So what they’ve been cold to you.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and remember who the hell you are.

And above all, never forget that:

You are ENOUGH
You are ENOUGH
You are ENOUGH
