Happy Sunday, my loves 💜🖤💜 November is kind of flying by.

For the quote of the week, I chose this one because I have to tell myself this all the time.

“Not everyone deserves access to you. Protect your energy.”

This is especially true if you’re active on social media or going home for the holidays.

Just because a stranger is kind to you or a family member has something positive to say about you, for once, doesn’t mean they are entitled to your personal space.

You don’t have to accept every call.
Or answer every message.

If you don’t have the energy for it, don’t force yourself to do it.

If you’re like me, this stuff can be overwhelming and incredibly intimidating.

But protecting yourself and your peace should be your number one priority.

As people begin to travel for the holiday, I know the anxiety is there.

The anxiety of having to spend time with family members who don’t understand you and are cruel.

The feeling of not wanting to engage with them is strong.

But guess what? You don’t have to.

Excuse yourself from that conversation that drains you of your energy. Walk away.
And remember how far you’ve come and be proud of that.

And above all, never forget that:

You are ENOUGH
You are ENOUGH
You are ENOUGH
