I honestly feel like this month has really flown by! How about you?

For the quote of the week, I chose this one because it’s one of my favorites.

“Limiting access to your energy is self-care.”

It’s so true.

Because who wants to feel bogged down by someone else’s bad energy?

When they’re constantly draining you of yours, they’re called energy vampires.

You make them feel good while you’re stuck feeling sad.

They are users and abusers who will feed off your light if you let them.

Take care of yourself, my loves, because you are so important. You are so needed. You deserve to be happy in your life.

You deserve the sunshine after the rain.
