I hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend. My birthday was the absolute best!!! Thank you all for your well wishes and lovely messages. They meant so much to me.

You are most definitely enough.

Some people want you to fit in their perfect little box. They want you to acquiesce to their every whim and desire without considering your feelings or well-being.

Some people simply don’t care enough to reach out to you when you’re struggling, even if you’ve constantly been there for them.

Those people are narcissists. And they don’t deserve the energy you’ve given them. The love you’ve shared with them. Or the time you’ve invested in them.

They don’t deserve you.

So dry your tears, straighten your back, and walk away.

Because if they can’t see how beautiful and valuable you are, remember what I always say, they can kick rocks.

Please be careful with yourselves, my loves.

Be careful with your heart.

And I’ll keep reminding you of this:
