If we could live forever,
I wouldn’t wait to tell you how much I love you.
I wouldn’t wait to kiss your soft lips.
I wouldn’t shy away from your blue eyes.

If we could live forever,
I would hold you in my arms and daydream about your smile.
I would caress your smooth cheek, savoring each moment.
I would run my fingers through your hair, taking in its heady scent.

If we could live forever,
I would lie on the moonlit beach with you,
Watching the waves crash at our feet.
I would tell you all of my hopes and dreams, not afraid that you would run away.
I would give myself to you as the stars sparkled in the night sky.
And we would live like tomorrow was never coming.

If we could live forever,
I would spend ever waking moment with you, never letting you go.
I would sing to you every night and write poetry about you every morning.

If we could live forever.
I would yours till the end of time.
Because for me, there is no one else.
If we could live forever.
